We’ll send you a secure payment link via email to complete the pre-authorisation by credit card.
This places a temporary hold on the funds rather than taking payment.
If you require a GST receipt, we can send you an invoice through Xero instead.
One week before your booking, confirm your final numbers. We’ll then send you a secure payment link or Xero invoice for the remaining amount owing.
Once your final numbers have been confirmed, this becomes the minimum number charged. Unfortunately, we’re unable to provide refunds if numbers decrease after final confirmation.
Where a booking is cancelled before the applicable Final Numbers & Payment deadline, payments received may be
transferred to another booking date or converted to a Full Monty’s voucher, subject to availability.
• Where a booking is cancelled after the applicable Final Numbers & Payment deadline, any transfer, voucher or
refund will be at the discretion of management, and Full Monty’s reserves the right to retain all or part of the
payments received.
• A failure to attend the event will be treated as a cancellation after the applicable Final Numbers & Payment deadline.
• For Exclusive Venue Hire and Large Events, where Full Monty’s has reserved significant venue capacity, declined
other bookings, committed sta ng or ordered stock, management reserves the right to retain all or part of the
payments received, regardless of when the cancellation occurs.
• If Full Monty’s is unable to deliver your event due to unforeseen circumstances, customers will be o ered the option
to reschedule or receive a full refund.
